Bimetal Cylinder Liner consists of two parts: inner cover and outer cover. The jacket is made of high-quality 45# carbon structural steel, ensuring good mechanical strength and durability. The inner casing uses high-chromium cast iron with 25%-28% chromium content. After heat treatment, the hardness of the inner hole reaches HRC60 or more, which greatly enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Excellent wear resistance
